Signs and Banners
We are happy to provide exhibitors with booth sign hanging services. Please note that the prices and guidelines listed below apply only when ICCLOS is directly managing exhibitor sign hanging. All prices include installation and striking 鈥� no surprises!
- Simple sign hanging (for signs under 20 feet and 200 pounds, no power required, and square, circle, rectangle or triangle in shape): $1,000
- PAR lighting (per lamp, per event – includes power): $1,000
- Saturday/Sunday surcharge: $225 per weekend day
- Extra labor hour: $350 (you will be notified and provided with a quote in advance if we anticipate extra labor hours will be required)
- Overhead sign power with special placement charge (lighted signs or spinners): $450 (includes power charge)
In the online ordering section, select 鈥淐ustom Sign鈥� if your order meets one or more of the following criteria:
- Multiple signs
- Any measurement greater than 20鈥�
- Weigh more than 200 lbs
- Shape other than square, circle, rectangle or triangle
If you have a custom sign order, you will be contacted with an estimate and required deposit amount.
