Leadership Academy is Alpha Chi Omega's premier鈥�training for chapter presidents and executive board officers. The weekend training combines innovative learning sessions with sisterhood to inspire new officers when they return to their chapters.鈥�听
For 2026, all collegiate chapters听are required to听send the chapter president,听vice president risk management, vice president new member education听and vice president听membership programming.听Any alternate attendees must be approved by the听education and leadership initiatives department staff.听听听
